In my own journey, I've realized I have been treading water and making minimal to no progress for sometime. It takes rededication to fitness, focus, and putting fitness first for me to finally break out of the rut.
So what's the point of a six week challenge? It is not to lose as much weight as possible as quickly as possible. Instead, the point of a six week challenge is to focus on creating quality habits and accomplishing small goals. When you do this consistently and sustainable in the six weeks, you build up something really powerful within you!
