How It Works

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training.

1.  You show up for your FREE Workout.  

This is a get-to-know-you session.  We talk about your past and current lifestyle, your fitness ambitions for the future.  We'll discuss your goals, health, and what you are looking for from your experience with us.  Then, we'll put down the paperwork and hit the gym floor for some strength and flexibility testing.  This gives us a good idea of where you are now and what kind of program we need to build to get you to where you want to be.  After the session you can decide if you want to continue.

2.  We develop a personal training program suited to you.

We then take all the information we gathered in our first session and we develop a program to help you meet your fitness goals.  So when you show up at your next personal training session, we have a plan, and we start moving forward!

3.  You workout.  We help you push the limits.

We work with  you at each session to achieve maximum results.  As you excel and reach benchmarks, we will modify the plan to evolve with new goals and lifestyle needs.  Get sweaty today!

Fitness Class


One client, one personal trainer, achieving your goals.  This is a program designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being.  We will map a plan to weight loss, muscle building, endurance, event training and more.


Do you like the aspect of one-on-one personal training but with your spouse, buddy or colleagues? We take the intimacy of the one-on-one personal training and add a plus one to it and saving the two of you money.  Even though you are working together, you're still working toward your individual goal. We'll continue to adjust each program as the two of you achieve goals and move your fitness forward.
